What is Core Belief Engineering

 

Core Belief Engineering is a non traditional form of psychotherapy. Using a gentle question and answer technique, CBE uncovers, explores and changes limiting and outdated core beliefs and behaviors held both consciously and subconsciously. It allows clients to get to the core of an issue and heal it from the root, resulting in deep, long lasting change. CBE goes beyond analysis and coping strategies.

 

CBE operates on the premise that at the core of an issue or problem is an accepted belief, decision or behavior that limits you in relationships, career, prosperity, health and in your view of Self. Originally, when the belief, decision or strategy was created, its purpose was to help; now it hinders.

 

Many people are under the impression that unwanted patters of behavior or emotional reactions are part of their personality and cannot be changed. This is untrue and a limiting belief. CBE uncovers the limiting belief and replaces it with one that is positive and unlimiting.  Internal conflicts and physical symptoms can be successfully resolved or greatly eased through a CBE process.

 

Core Belief Engineering therapy involves several one-day sessions conducted four to six weeks apart. In this regard, it is considered short-term therapy. Some issues are resolved in three to five sessions, while more stubborn issues may require eight to ten sessions spread out over a year or more.  Each session lasts anywhere from five to eight hours. CBE gets results. Clients notice change after every session and it is accumulative.
